    At Sascha’s Roots, we take pride in creating high-quality, all-natural skincare products made in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.

    Returns

    • We only accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.


    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item promptly.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Because our products are natural and handcrafted, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

    All orders are processed and shipped from Harker Heights, Texas within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or product restocks, as our items are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

    Domestic Shipping

    We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided once your order is fulfilled.

    Local Pickup (Harker Heights, TX)

    Local pickup is available for nearby customers. Pickup location and time details will be revealed after purchase in your order confirmation email. Please present your order confirmation at pickup.

    Delivery Times

    Estimated delivery:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

    • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

    Once shipped, Sascha’s Roots is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it.
