At Sascha’s Roots, we take pride in creating high-quality, all-natural skincare products made in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
Returns
We only accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item promptly.
